All road transportation services for international routes are rendered by CONVENTION ON THE CONTRACT FOR INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE OF GOODS BY ROAD (CMR). Convention conditions limits freights forwarders liability for partly or fully lost or damaged cargo up to 8,33 SDR for every kilo brutto weight. When damage is determined by Convention provision, the maximum compensation for damage cannot exceed 300 000 Euro per event.<\/p>\n
